The problems of climate change that is part of a global change translate into a climate crisis , one that affects humans and society, specifically and contrary to what many think, is not an alarm for the planet, but for our species and ecosystem. Climate change refers to long-term changes in temperatures and weather patterns. These changes may be natural , but since the 19th century, human activities have been the main driver of climate change, mainly due to the burning of fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas.
